This is a sample page. It is different from a blog post because it stays in one place and appears in your site navigation (in most themes). Most people start with an About page that introduces them to potential site visitors. It could say something like this:
Hi there! I'm a bike courier in everyday life and a budding actor in the evenings, and this is my site. I live in Los Angeles, have a cute dog named Jack and I love piña coladas. (And being caught in the rain).
...or something like this:
The XYZ Doohickey Company was founded in 1971 and has been providing quality doohickeys to the public ever since. Based in Gotham City, XYZ employs over 2000 people and does all sorts of great things for the community in Gotham.
As a new WordPress user you can go to your dashboard to delete this page and add new pages for your content. Have fun!
